Sorivo operates this store and this website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Sorivo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs clearance or events beyond our control. Once we hand the products over to the shipping provider, ownership and the risk of loss pass to you.

Sorivo is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made in our store are directly between you and Sorivo. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Sorivo, including injuries, damages or losses arising from purchased products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Sorivo.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sorivo, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, officers, managing directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, insofar as such third-party claims arise from or relate to: (1) your violation of these Terms of Service or documents incorporated into these Terms by reference; (2) your violation of applicable law or the rights of a third party; or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification. A failure to notify you promptly will not relieve you of your obligations unless you suffer material prejudice as a result. We may control the defense and settlement of such a claim at your expense, including the selection of legal counsel.
