Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will generally use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned the goods.

You must return the goods no later than fourteen days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
